Reservations are Required. You must pre-register and pre-pay prior to your ride. On occasion, we may be able to accommodate you with only a day or same day notice. Please make your reservation as soon as you are able to.

You will need to sign a Participation Waiver Form. Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Anyone ages 15 - 18 that is not accompanied by their parent or legal guardian, we must have prior clearance with our registration office, which includes our staff personally speaking with a parent or guardian, in addition to a signed Consent & Participation Waiver.

In the event of inclement weather, it may be necessary to reschedule to another time, however there will be no refunds. If possible, we will try to make this decision prior to the loading and travel time of the horses if we are going to a park, or prior to your leaving time if you are traveling to Broken Gait. Your safety, and the safety of our horses and guides are our number one priority and consideration. Our second priority is to the trails that we travel and that tax payer dollars pay to maintain. Therefore in the event of muddy conditions or previous storm related damage, it may also be necessary to cancel or to switch to a different trail less affected.

You may reschedule your ride if necessary due to an illness or conflict, however again, there will be no refunds. Again, if possible, please call and cancel with as much advance notice as you can provide, so that we do not use valuable time and resources with loading and hauling horses and tacking the horses unnecessarily.
