
Three Creeks Conservation Area is 5 miles south of Columbia on
Highway 63 and 1.75 miles west on Deer Park Road.
To get
to Three Creeks Conservation Area take Highway 70 into Columbia,
then go south on Highway 63. You will take 63 south for about
three miles, then turn right after you see BIG TIME COUNTRY on
your right. This is a semi-paved road, which turns to gravel
quickly, there is also a sign that says Three Creeks
Conservation Area. Follow this dirt road for a mile to the
trailhead,
Three Creeks has 8 miles of multi-loop trail for
horses. Scenic vistas, creek
crossings, bluff views, plenty of wildlife.

Augusts 28, 2002 - 2. Except as provided in subsection 4 of
this section, an equine activity sponsor, an equine
professional or any other person or corporation shall not be
liable for an injury to or the death of a participant
resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities and,
except as provided in subsection 4 of this section, no
participant or a participant's representative shall make any
claim against, maintain an action against, or recover from an
equine activity sponsor, an equine professional, or any other
person from injury, loss, damage or death of the participant
resulting from any of the inherent risks of equine activities
